SEGfL is once again able to offer schools and academies in the South East region, a procurement route to purchase their broadband connectivity. By partnering with South East Grid Framework, we are able to offer pricing to any school and academy for connectivity and network security. Through the Framework supplier, MLL Telecom, SEGfL is able to offer a multi-vendor, integration broadband offer so schools get the best solution, at the right price.

About the SEG Framework
The South East Grid Framework procurement was undertaken by the South East Grid Consortium, under a restricted OJEU process. The Framework can be used by any public sector organisation in the South East region (NUTS-J). SEGfL is supporting individual and small groups of schools who wish to use the Framework for their next broadband service.

Janet Network
Through the MLL contract, schools and academies can be directly connected to the Janet network and become part the of the NEN- the national education network through SEGfL. Benefits from being part of the Janet network include direct connectivity into Google, Microsoft, Apple, BBC and Amazon Web Services.
Specialist Schools Support
Each contract will be supported by the educational IT support specialists, SchoolsICT. They have vast experience in delivering services to hundreds of schools across SEGfL.This partnership ensures that each school or Trust will be managed through their connectivity journey by experts who understand the school environment.
