13/11/2023 8:00 am to 17/11/2023 8:00 pmAnti-Bullying Week – 13th to 17th November 2023
Together, we can make a difference and take a stand against bullying.
Research shows that experiencing bullying can have a significant impact on a child’s life well into adulthood.
As parents, carers and professionals we all want our children to be happy and safe, and it is natural to worry about bullying – particularly if we have experienced bullying ourselves or think our child may be more vulnerable to bullying. The good news is you are not alone! The Anti-Bullying Alliance and its members work with children, families, and schools to help keep children safe.
This Anti-Bullying Week let’s come together to have discussions about what bullying means to us, how banter can turn into something more hurtful, and what we can do to stop bullying.
From the playground to Parliament, and from our phones to our homes, let’s make a noise about bullying.
Anti-Bullying Week will remind everyone whether it’s in school, at home, in the community or online, we can bring an end to bullying.
Here at SEGfl we have information relating to online safety, as well as links to useful resources relating to anti-bullying: Online Safety – South East Grid for Learning South East Grid for Learning (segfl.org.uk)
